Job summary

Liverpool City Council is seeking an ICT Project Manager to deliver transformational ICT and Digital programmes across the LCC estate. You will interpret customer requirements, define objectives and manage budgets, risks and plans in line with project management principles.

You will lead cross‑functional teams to deliver complex ICT solutions, with a focus on Local Government Services and Agile/Prince2 frameworks.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering ICT/digital projects in local government.
• Knowledge of Agile or Prince2 frameworks.
• Ability to interpret client requirements and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Interpret customer requirements and confirm project objectives.
• Specify project scope and maintain detailed plans, risks and issues logs.
• Lead internal and external work groups to deliver objectives.
• Deliver ICT & Digital solutions across the LCC estate within cost and quality parameters.
