Job summary

KCGroup is seeking an experienced ICT Project Manager for a fixed-term contract to drive a major SharePoint data migration programme in the Birmingham area. You will shape SharePoint data structures, oversee migration from legacy systems, and manage risks while coordinating with service providers.

Responsibilities include stakeholder engagement, delivering across multiple sites, and ensuring compliance with data governance and information security standards. DBS check may be required.

Qualifications

• Proven ICT Project Management experience.
• Extensive SharePoint implementation and data migration expertise within an Azure environment.
• Experience gathering stakeholder requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
• Strong supplier and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of project delivery, change control, data governance, and information security.
• Experience delivering projects across multiple sites.
• Education sector or VLE experience is advantageous.

Job description

We are recruiting for an experienced ICT Project Manageron a FTC basis to lead the delivery of key technology projects, with a primary focus on a large-scale SharePoint data migration programme for a respected organisation in the Birmingham area.

Working closely with stakeholders, you will help design SharePoint data structures, oversee data migration from legacy systems, manage project risks, and coordinate delivery with managed service providers.

Key Requirements of the ICT Project Manager role Include:

• Proven ICT Project Management experience.
• Extensive SharePoint implementation and data migration expertise within an Azure environment.
• Experience gathering stakeholder requirements and translating them into technical solutions.

Key Information about the ICT Project Manager role Includes:

• £41,851 per annum
• 37.5 hours per week
• Hybrid (Occasional travel required to other sites in England and Wales)
• FTC through to July 2027.
• Hybrid working with travel across England and Wales.
