ICT Project Manager - Nationwide

We're looking for an ICT Project Manager to join our Design team based in Nationwide. Our ICT team provides design and installation services to the regional Kier Construction businesses, predominantly in the educational sector. Kier's success in securing places on the DfE High Value and Low Value frameworks, as well as winning schools projects with local authorities and academy trusts, means we are now recruiting additional resources into our ICT Team.

Hours:

37.5 hours per week

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver projects according to user specifications and schedules, ensuring compliance with ICT designs and value for money.
  • Design and develop ICT solutions for schools and other sectors, ensuring current, resilient, cost-effective, and compliant ICT architectures.
  • Interpret requirements and provide the best technical solutions for each project.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and supply chain partners, developing ICT design solutions and resolving issues.
  • Contribute to the development of IT strategies and policies for Kier Business Services ICT portfolio.
Candidate Profile:
  • Relevant professional qualifications and experience in voice & data networks, especially in the education sector, with knowledge of DfE Output Specifications.
  • Ability to make decisions, good organizational skills, and experience managing multiple projects.
  • Full driving license for site visits.
