We are the final stage for complaints about the NHS in England, UK government departments and some other UK public organisations. We look into complaints where someone believes there has been injustice or hardship because an organisation has not acted properly or fairly or has given a poor service and not put things right.
Our service is free for everyone.
As project manager you will be responsible for managing key ICT projects as identified within the Digital and ICT Strategy, as approved by the Technology Board and the Executive Team.
You will drive performance delivery and minimise project risk using established project management methods and reporting. Working closely with relevant business managers and end users of current and planned systems, you will manage changes to the project scope, project schedules and project costs using appropriate verification techniques and with the agreement of the Head of ICT and Accommodation/appropriate project board.
The successful candidate will demonstrate a commercial understanding of project deliverables and have proven experience of managing commercial benefit achievement as an integral part of projects. Knowledge of or experience working within local government would be an advantage.
