Overview

We are recruiting for a delivery ICT Project Manager to join our ICT team. Reporting to our Head of Programme Management Office (PMO), you'll lead and manage multiple concurrent projects from inception to post implementation, and will undertake the day to day management, resource planning and reporting through proactive management. In addition you will actively engage with project stakeholders, and organise and attend steering meetings. You will facilitate workshops and be an advocate for gaining consensus on systems and process alignment across the businesses.

A project manager with demonstrable experience of delivering end to end projects across all project lifecycle phases, with strong experience of Agile/Waterfall coupled with Prince 2 Practitioner qualification/APM. You'll have an insatiable appetite and interest in delivering projects on time, on budget and of an excellent standard by taking a pragmatic approach without compromising good programme governance. Strong leadership and excellent communication skills are a must, as well as being able to manage challenging stakeholders and sponsors at all levels of the business. This role requires excellent change and stakeholder management skills. A networker with strong stakeholder management skills, you have the ability to have a strong impact and influence key decisions. With excellent organisation and planning skills, you\'ll have the ability to manage multiple work streams, conflicting priorities, differing reporting lines, multi-site projects as well as scope change and risk.
