Job description

The ICT Department is seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and experienced ICT Infrastructure Specialist. Could this be you? Ready to advance your career?

The successful candidate will:

1. Act as a trouble-shooter, providing effective and timely solutions across all infrastructure, including ICT systems, document core systems, software, hardware, and network technologies such as physical and virtual systems.
2. Be an ICT expert in SAN, blade centres, and virtualisation technology.
3. Be fully conversant with firewall, core switch, and edge switch configuration.
4. Possess strong problem-solving skills, excellent customer service abilities, be comfortable working independently, and demonstrate excellent organisational skills with a flexible approach to work.
