Job description

Job Title: ICT Infrastructure and Security Architect Manager

As an ICT Infrastructure and Security Architect Manager in our ICT department, you will:

  1. Design and implement architecture to support and assure the service infrastructure across all departments, both operational and corporate. Ensure systems operate optimally and support new technologies and system requirements.
  2. Manage infrastructure maintenance to ensure availability according to ITIL standards, ensuring the ICT Infrastructure is fit-for-purpose.
  3. Prioritize and plan work including defining solutions, developing project plans, procurement, service implementation, technical documentation, and evaluation to deliver ICT projects aligned with the roadmap.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Knowledge and practical experience in managing and maintaining complex ICT networks and infrastructures.
  • Experience managing the lifecycle of solution changes from scoping/design, business case, procurement, to implementation, documentation, and handover to business as usual.
  • Ability to advise, guide, and recommend to non-ICT experts on complex ICT matters for future needs.
Additional Requirements
  • Full current driving license and ability to meet travel requirements. Use of own vehicle may be required; service vehicle available but manual transmission only.
  • Availability for some evening and weekend work.
  • Notification of secondment opportunities to your line manager if applicable.
  • Successful candidate will undergo a DBS check prior to employment.
  • Employment is subject to pre-employment checks including identity, right to work, medical, drug test, and references.
