Job description
Overview

The ICT Helpdesk Technician provides Level 1 (first-line) user support and services for the ICT helpdesk function. Provides excellent customer service for users requesting support or services through all available contact channels (face-to-face, telephone, email, online). Quickly analyse and either resolve or reallocate/escalate calls when they cannot be resolved at Level 1. Undertake ICT project tasks as assigned.
