Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact on the ICT Helpdesk.
  • Monitor, log, and manage incidents and service requests.
  • Maintain accurate records for mobile devices and contracts.

Skills

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Confident in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to prioritise and plan

Education

HND or equivalent + 1 year in ICT service
Five GCSEs (A-C) including Maths and English + 2 years in ICT
