A technology solutions provider for education is seeking an ICT Support Engineer to address ICT needs in schools. The role includes troubleshooting and tech improvements while working with cloud platforms like Microsoft 365. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of Windows and Mac systems, along with experience in Active Directory and Office 365. This role offers a salary of £28-35, depending on experience, and a hybrid work setup.
We are looking for IT Professionals ready to make the changes needed within schools.
You’ll be based at home with a mix of field-based work at the client’s schools (in your area) and remote helpdesk work outside of the times you are on site.

Your role will be crucial in ensuring their technology infrastructure is reliable, secure, and supports their educational goals. We are looking for someone with an excellent knowledge of Windows operating systems and Mac OS / iOS, management of Active Directory, Office 365 and Azure, Group Policy, networking concepts and associated hardware.
