About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced ICT Field Engineer to join our team, providing technical support and guidance to schools across South London. If you enjoy solving challenges, working with variety, and engaging directly with end-users, this role is ideal for you.

• Support schools on-site daily, resolving ICT issues and maintaining smooth operations while building trusted relationships with staff.
• Provide remote assistance via our ICT Service Desk as needed.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Office 365, Google Workspace, and network infrastructure.
• Participate in ICT projects, including network upgrades and security improvements.
• Respond to critical incidents, implementing solutions for server, network, and internet failures, including physical disruptions like floods.

Work-Life Balance:

This role offers flexibility with options for Full-Time, Part-Time (4 days/week), or Term-Time Only (39 weeks/year), allowing a healthy balance between work and personal commitments.
