Une organisation publique à haute performance recrute un ICT Senior Business Partner pour un rôle de contrat de 6 mois. Vous serez responsable de l'engagement ICT avec les principaux domaines commerciaux, contribuant à la livraison et à l'amélioration des services. Job description

ICT Senior Business Partner – Contract Role ? Location: Hybrid – Sites across Hampshire and Thames Valley
Rate: £450 per day (Umbrella)
Contract Length: 6 months (Expected end date: 12/12/2025)
Hours: 37 hours per week (core hours 9:00–16:00, flexible based on meetings and demand)

Are you an experienced ICT professional with strong stakeholder engagement skills and a background in service delivery and business relationship management?

We’re currently recruiting for an ICT Senior Business Partner to join a high-performing public sector organisation on a fixed-term basis, covering a long-term absence. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead the ICT engagement for key business areas, helping to shape, deliver, and continuously improve services that support operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a trusted advisor between ICT and key business stakeholders.

  • Drive improvements in user experience and service delivery aligned to ITIL best practice.

  • Build business cases, conduct resource estimation, and oversee service performance.

  • Lead stakeholder engagement across departments and regional offices.

  • Coordinate service management activities, ensuring supplier performance and SLA compliance.

  • Develop and implement service improvement plans across ICT operations.

Key Skills & Experience ? Strong Business Relationship Management and Service Delivery Management experience
Proven ability to engage senior stakeholders across complex environments
Public sector experience (policing, Home Office or central government highly desirable)
Ability to write business cases and conduct process mapping
Excellent multitasking, prioritisation, and communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office (including Teams), report writing and supplier oversight
Familiarity with ITIL practices and ICT governance frameworks

Working Arrangements
  • Hybrid working model with flexibility based on operational demand

  • Site visits across Hampshire and Thames Valley as required (between 1–3 times per week)

Desirable
  • Experience supporting policing or national security programmes

  • Previous involvement in ISO-compliant ICT environments (9001, 27001)
