An exciting opportunity is available for an enthusiastic individual to join a workwear company as an Information Communication Technician (ICT) Level 3 Apprentice. This role is ideal for someone passionate about IT, eager to develop technical skills, and ready to support the digital operations of a growing business.

Duties

• Provide first-line technical support to staff and end-users, resolving issues related to hardware, software, and network systems
• Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment, including computers, mobile devices, and printers
• Support the management and deployment of operating systems and application software
• Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, including Wi-Fi, LAN, and telephony systems
• Assist with cybersecurity tasks and participate in IT security awareness initiatives
• Handle data backup and recovery procedures
• Create and update technical documentation and user guides
• Deliver excellent customer service both in-person and remotely
• Collaborate with IT colleagues and other departments to solve problems and improve services

About you

To be an ICT Apprentice, you must be a tech enthusiast with 5 GCSEs (ideally A* – C, 4-9) including Maths and English.

This 16-month Apprenticeship offers a salary of £19,000 per year.

Your training will include gaining internationally recognised Level 3 IT qualifications.
