Job summary

A local government organization in Wrexham is seeking an ICT and Infrastructure Manager to lead a diverse team and manage various services for schools. The successful candidate will direct ICT networks and provide strategic leadership for the Sustainable Communities for Learning Programme, ensuring effective school support. This is a full-time secondment position for 6 months, starting as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

• Provide management for a diverse team in the provision of a range of services to schools.
• Contribute positively to the LA's overall plan for school effectiveness.
• Be responsible for the provision ICT networks and MIS support for the county's schools.
• Provide strategic leadership and programme management for the Sustainable Communities for Learning Programme.
• Manage school admissions.
• Manage the School Catering Service.
• Work closely with other departments who provide support for schools.

Soulbury 17-20 (+3SPAs). Full Time Secondment (6 months initially). Required as soon as possible.
