Computer Science Teacher - Widnes - Start ASAP

Tradewind Recruitment, the most recommended teaching agency in the Liverpool City Region, is seeking a passionate and dedicated Computer Science Teacher for a fantastic secondary school in Widnes. This is a full-time position starting after May half-term, continuing until the end of the academic year in July, with potential extension until Dec 2025.

The Role:

Our client school is looking for a Computer Science Teacher to teach across Key Stages 3 and 4, delivering engaging and inspiring lessons that follow the UK national curriculum.

To be considered for this position, you must have:

  • QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or PGCE
  • Experience teaching Computer Science within a UK secondary school
  • An enhanced child workforce DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
  • A full and complete CV
  • At least two references
  • Legal right to work in the UK
  • An overseas police check if applicable
