Job summary

Alfred H Knight is seeking an ICP Supervisor for our Liverpool, UK team to oversee the Precious Metals ICP Department and support the wet chemistry laboratories with precision and high standards.

You will work closely with the ICP Manager and lab teams, ensuring efficient operation, timely lab submissions, and high-quality analytical service across samples, while mentoring ICP Operators and technicians.

Qualifications

• Three or more years hands on experience with an ICP-OES Spectrometer.
• Experience creating and validating instrument methods.
• GCSE equivalent education in Mathematics, English Language and Science.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Precious Metals ICP Department and support laboratories.
• Act as first point of contact for submitting labs.
• Provide high-level technical guidance to ICP Operators and Sample Preparation technicians.
• Ensure efficient operation and high standards with precision and accuracy.
