Contract type: Fixed Term until December 2025

Hours: 2 Days a week

Salary: £28,489 per annum

NHS Supply Chain has an exciting opportunity for an ICN Co-ordinator to join the Web and Customer Communications Team. The role of the ICN Coordinator is to coordinate the Important Customer Notices (ICN) process and ensure their accurate and timely communication to the market in line with the guidance outlined. Work collaboratively across multiple internal teams to ensure these business-critical communications are correct.

Every day you will …

  1. Coordinate the Important Customer Notices (ICN) process and ensure their accurate and timely communication to the market in line with the guidance outlined.
  2. Format spreadsheets and maintain brand compliance.
  3. Manage the Marketing inbox and tracker.
  4. Act as part of the ICN Coordinator team, providing clear communication and reporting on work levels.
  5. Provide ad-hoc support to the wider Communications Team, including evaluation, reporting, and use of data to improve communication using digital tools and dashboards such as Google Analytics.
