A healthcare provider in Carlisle is seeking an experienced ICC Senior Coordinator to manage hub operations and implement service improvements. The role involves staff management, services scheduling, and triaging patient referrals effectively, ensuring high-quality healthcare provision. Carlisle & District ICC is looking for an experienced administrator who can confidently manage staff and navigate health care systems. You will manage the day to day running of the ICC Hub as well as implement service improvements. You will also be responsible for staff rostering to ensure adequate service coverage during agreed opening hours, identifying training needs and ensuring that training and staff development is carried out. You will ensure systems and processes are in place to triage referrals in line with Standard Operating Procedures, while supporting the ICC Hub Team to identify referrals needing an immediate response and direct these referrals to the appropriate clinician.
You will work alongside key stakeholders to ensure all patient referrals are dealt with in a timely manner and, where appropriate, patients are signposted to other services. You may be required to provide cross cover for other ICC Hubs, which may involve working in different ICC Hubs as needed.

You should be flexible and able to provide cross cover for other ICC Hubs, which may require working in different ICC Hubs as and when required.
Part time hours considered, Monday to Friday 08:00–18:30. You will also be on a roster for weekend working 08:00–16:00.

On 28 November 2020, the new Disclosure and Barring Service filtering rules will come into effect.
