Thames Water is seeking an ICA Technician to enhance its operational team. About the role:
We currently have an opportunity for an instrumentation, control & automation (ICA) technician to work in our Latton or Newbury sites, depending on your location.
As the successful candidate, you will be working in multi-disciplinary teams alongside a range of operational teams such as systems, mechanical, and electrical technicians.
You will be responsible for installing, modifying, and commissioning new plant equipment to relevant standards and for diagnosing and repairing faults in systems and plants. Proactively identifying and reporting work for enhancement and delivering cost-effective improvements to assets and systems.
This is an excellent opportunity to make a real difference to Thames Water's environmental impact, and you will be actively helping to reduce pollution from our sites.
What you’ll be doing as the ICA Technician
Base Location: Latton, Cirencester or Speen - Newbury, depending on your location.
Working Pattern 38 Hours Monday- Friday 7:30 am – 15:36 pm plus standby & overtime opportunity increasing earnings by a potential £8,000-£10,000.
All PPE, tools, van and fuel card are provided.
