Qualifications

• Experience leading technical teams within critical facilities or data centres.
• Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical building services.
• Experience managing maintenance programmes and projects.
• Ability to make sound decisions in high-availability environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team for critical facilities.
• Drive operational excellence across electrical, cooling, fire and plumbing systems.
• Manage maintenance, upgrades, and project handovers.
• Oversee vendor and contractor performance to standards.
• Coordinate incident response and ensure effective communication.
