Job Details

• Required: IBM ENTIREX CONSULTANT - SC CLEARED

• IR35 Status: Inside
• Duration: 6 Month Initial Contract

Role Description

An IBM EntireX consultant is required to manage and support Software AG/IBM EntireX under BS2000, ensuring its stability, performance, and alignment with business objectives.

Must Have Technical Skills

• In-depth understanding of EntireX, including architecture, functionality, and dependencies.
• Experience with Software AG/IBM EntireX (10.5+) under BS2000, including EntireX Broker, RPC Server, Security, Broker ACI & RPC, and configuration.
• Knowledge of BS2000 Operating System, including Startup JCL.

Nice to Have Skills

• Experience with EntireX Listeners, Reliable RPC, Application Monitoring, RPC-ACI Bridge.
• Knowledge of Linux operating system.
• Programming skills in Natural, Assembler, or C.

Support & Maintenance Skills

• Troubleshooting, debugging, performance optimization, and documentation skills.

Security

• Knowledge of security best practices and configuration for EntireX.
