Must Haves

  • Supporting the Deputy Head of IBA with premium allocations, insurer settlements, and client accounting
  • Leading teams in reconciling client and insurer accounts and resolving complex discrepancies
  • Collaborating with internal departments to ensure smooth, accurate financial operations
  • Ensuring internal controls and processes are followed across all IBA functions
  • Preparing monthly reports for senior management
  • Continuously reviewing and improving IBA procedures
  • Coaching and developing team members to reach their potential
  • Full-time, permanent role
