Job Description:

We are hiring for an IBA Technician at a growing insurance brokerage.

Due to expansion, a new role has been created to support the Finance and Technical Processing team.

Responsibilities include:

• Bank reconciliation and cash matching
• Income ledger administration, including posting to IBS
• Preparation and processing of premium, commission, and claims payments
• Knowledge of banking systems for payments
• Accurate record keeping using our electronic data management system
• Monitoring credit risk, funding, unallocated cash, and unrealized brokerage
• Producing intracompany reports and schedules
• Resolving queries related to unexpected or unidentified funds
• Communicating with clients and underwriters
• Supporting international offices
• Handling multi-currency and multi-company ledgers

Requirements:

• Over 2 years of experience in an IBA role
• Knowledge of client money rules and insurance legal principles
