Job Description:

We are hiring a new IBA Technician for a growing insurance brokerage. Due to expansion, an additional role has been created to support the Finance and Technical Processing team.

You will be involved in:

• Bank reconciliation and cash matching
• Income ledger administration, including posting to IBS
• Preparation and processing of premium, commission, and claims payments
• Knowledge of banking systems to enable premium, commission, and claims payments
• Accurate record keeping using our internal electronic data management system
• Monitoring credit risk, funding, unallocated cash, un-forwarded balances, and unrealized brokerage
• Production of intracompany reports and schedules
• Query resolution related to receipts of unexpected or unidentified funds
• Query resolution from clients and underwriters
• Liaison with international offices and providing IBA support
• Handling tasks on a multi-currency and multi-company ledger

Requirements include:

• At least 2 years of experience in an IBA role
