A leading insurance firm is seeking an IBA Account Handler to manage a portfolio of client accounts. The role involves cash allocation, credit control, and ensuring compliance with accounting ledgers. Ideal candidates will have experience in IBA and MS Office. Manager/Employee says: This is a client account management role with responsibility for a portfolio of client IBA accounts.
Manage a portfolio of client accounts within Ardonagh Specialty across both ASL brands. Responsibilities include investigation and allocation of cash, credit control, payments (both claims and return premiums) and the production of accurate and timely MI to support performance on the ledger portfolio.
Able to influence various stakeholders both internally and externally.
Previous IBA experience is required together with MS Office experience. Global XB system knowledge preferable.
