Provide Administrators with note valuations for SPVs in order for them to prepare annual and semi-annual accounts and provide information for them to meet the ECB quarterly reporting requirements. The role requires an individual with strong analytical skills and the ability to take responsibility for the key deliverables.
The SPV Administration Team is responsible for managing the reputational risk exposure of UBS AG in respect of the Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs). Whilst these are managed by external and independent administrators. UBS sponsored these entities and maintains “arms-length” links to them usually via the provision of services commissioned by the Directors and Administrators.
