Job summary

JP Morgan in London seeks an Investment Banking Associate to join the EMEA Consumer & Retail Coverage Group. You will support origination and execution across M&A, equity and debt capital markets, and related advisory services for the EMEA client base.

You will build detailed financial models, analyze market data and present client and internal materials. Under senior guidance, you’ll manage transactions from pitch to close and help develop strategic solutions for complex business challenges.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in investment banking or corporate finance in front office roles.
• Strong financial modelling and valuation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparation of pitch materials, financial analyses and company valuations.
• Develop content for strategic meetings regarding M&A or capital market transactions.
• Build advanced financial models and perform DCF/comparable analyses with support of senior bankers.
• Assist in execution and day-to-day management of transactions and corporate broking activities for listed clients.
