• Experience of Identity Access Management - Mandatory
• Experience of SailPoint application onboarding process - Mandatory
• Knowledge of JML and review process in SailPoint - Mandatory
• Experience with ServiceNow tool
• Knowledge of SailPoint integration with ServiceNow
• Experience with JIRA and Xray - Mandatory
• Creating and executing tests, logging results
• Understanding testing lifecycle
• Collaborating with development, business, and QA teams
• Understanding defect lifecycle
• Experience in root cause analysis
• Good stakeholder management skills
• Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies
