Bosch Group is seeking an IAM Technical Trainer to develop and deliver automotive training across multiple platforms, both at the Bosch Training Centre and regionally. The role focuses on high-quality course materials, market-aligned content, and strong customer relationships.

The candidate will support the IAM Training Manager, work with distributors, and participate in auditing and events, ensuring timely delivery and professional training standards.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of motor vehicle tech.
• Bosch Diagnostic Technician qualification or equivalent knowledge.
• Understanding of Bosch Master Technician Programme content.
• In-depth knowledge of Bosch information systems and technical standards.
• Ability to create and deliver course material with IT tools.
• Proven ability to progress and deliver training programmes.
• IT literate with MS Office and related software.
• Experience training internal and external participants.

Responsabilités

• Assist in developing training syllabus and course content.
• Develop training solutions across virtual and in-person platforms.
• Deliver automotive technology courses at the Bosch training centre and regionally.
• Ensure training materials meet high quality standards and market needs.
• Support partners to organise and deliver Bosch training programmes.
• Support trainer development and participate in audits.
• Plan and coordinate training calendars.
• Assist with administration of the training programme.
• Contribute to marketing materials and technical articles.
• Represent Bosch as a technical expert at events.
• Promote Bosch products and services to customers.
• Maintain relationships with internal and external customers.
• Provide timely information and solutions to inquiries.
