Job summary

Experis - ManpowerGroup is seeking an IAM Security Specialist to help build out Process Optimisation in the Identity and Access Management space at Barclays. The role focuses on creating process maps, running Lean workshops, and delivering a repository of current and target state processes while coordinating with IAM teams and external partners.

Qualifications

• Proven experience creating detailed process maps and documentation.
• Strong BPMN 2.0 and value stream mapping knowledge.
• Lean methodologies applied to process optimisation.
• Excellent facilitation skills for diverse stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset to translate data into insights.
• Track record in delivering optimisation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Create As-Is and Target State process maps per BPMN 2.0.
• Analyse current-state processes to identify pain points and waste.
• Plan, organise and facilitate cross-functional workshops.
• Translate optimisation recommendations into business cases and roadmaps.
• Deliver end-to-end networking of the programme with Product/Engineering/Governance.
