Responsibilities:

  1. Manage User Groups: Create and manage user groups to simplify access management and streamline IAM policies.
  2. Administer User Accounts and Access Permissions: Maintain full control over access permissions to ensure security against internal and external breaches.
  3. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the IAM team to ensure appropriate resource access, minimizing effort and costs, and boosting operational efficiency.
  4. Design and Implement Security Protocols: Use a risk-based approach to develop safety measures like role-based access controls, multi-factor authentication, and conditional data access, monitoring their effectiveness.
  5. Enforce Data Protection Policies: Ensure adherence to data protection standards and regulations across all stakeholders.
  6. Participate in IAM Projects: Actively involve in projects, fostering research and innovation to develop new security solutions, and enhance existing systems.
  7. Maintain Documentation: Keep comprehensive and updated records of IAM systems for audits and improvements.
  8. Coordinate with Organizational Teams: Collaborate with analysts, stakeholders, cybersecurity, and IT teams to understand access needs and implement secure IAM solutions.
  9. Review Access Control Reports: Regularly audit access reports to identify and mitigate cyber threats proactively.
  10. Develop Disaster Recovery Plans: Create and oversee plans for data backup and recovery aligned with business objectives.
  11. Adapt IAM to Business Needs: Analyze market and business trends to scale and modify IAM systems accordingly, ensuring security and compliance.
