Experience: 6-10 years in IAM (MFA) experience (OKTA, Daon, Ping, etc.)

Technical Skills: Expertise in Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Microservices, and cloud technologies.

Containerization: Hands-on experience with Helm, Kubernetes, Docker, and containerization.

Development Methodology: Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Problem Solving: Skilled in issue analysis, troubleshooting, and providing effective solutions.

Platform Experience: Experience with OpenShift Platform.

Communication & Teamwork: Good communicator and team player.

Self-management & Innovation: Self-organized with the ability to integrate components and innovate for best practices.

Reporting: Providing regular updates to leads.

Database Skills: Oracle DB experience including SQL, stored procedures, and capacity planning.

MFA Product Experience: Experience with any MFA product.
