Job description

Join the Identity and Access Management (IAM) team within Barclays as a Governance & Control Analyst, where you will play a key role in supporting the Global Head of IAM Governance & Regulatory Engagement with the Operational Risk & Controls Strategy execution and its ongoing effectiveness across IAM, CISO, and Barclays. You will continuously improve the IAM Control Suite and drive transformational change where appropriate to deliver this. Your responsibilities include overseeing, propelling, and assuring compliance with the IAM Standards, Procedures, and Practices adopted by the global organization to ensure sound governance practices that meet regulatory requirements and firm-wide obligations, fostering a Security-First Mindset across the group.

To succeed as an IAM Governance & Control Analyst, you should have:

• Deep knowledge of IAM operations and its Control Suite
• Strong skills in audit engagement, controls testing, and issue management
• Proficiency with the Operation Risk and Controls (ORAC) system
• Experience managing senior stakeholders and global teams across multiple geographies
