Job Title: Identity and Access Management Engineer (PKI & Certificates)
Location: Leeds (Onsite at least 3 days per week)
Department: Identity and Access Management / Cyber Security
Reports to: IAM SME/Manager
We are looking for an Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer to assist in managing and securing the systems that control access to our organization’s information and resources. The role, working with our internal IAM SMEs and 3rd party providers, ensures that users have the appropriate access to systems, applications, and data to carry out their daily activities whilst maintaining a secure environment.

Technical Skills: Familiarity with IAM tools (e.g., SailPoint ISC, NERM, Microsoft Entra, AADDS, AADB2C), authentication technologies, and role-based access control (RBAC), and PKI knowledge.
Security Knowledge: Understanding of IT security principles, data protection regulations, and best practices for managing sensitive information.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities to resolve access-related issues efficiently.
Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with both technical teams and non-technical users.
