Job summary

Experis UK is seeking a Cyber Design SME to lead IAM design across the IDAM 2.0 program in a hybrid Sheffield setup. You will produce architecture designs, define end-to-end solutions, and guide integration across cloud, apps, data and infrastructure.

You will translate business and regulatory requirements into secure, scalable identity services and mentor engineers while aligning with enterprise architecture and strategic roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Experience in enterprise IAM and identity solution design.
• Proven ability to deliver High Level Designs (HLDs) and Low Level Designs (LLDs).
• Experience with cloud-native architectures (GCP) and Kubernetes.
• Ability to mentor engineers and drive engineering best practices.

Responsibilities

• Produce HLDs and LLDs for identity capabilities.
• Define end-to-end technical solutions across domains.
• Translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Develop reference architectures, patterns and design standards.
