Main Purpose of the Role

We are seeking an Identity and Access Management Architect and Solutions Designer (preferably RSA IGL) to collaborate with business, application, and IT teams. Your role will involve developing processes to enhance risk reduction and operational efficiency, aligning with our business and regulatory requirements. You will work on large, complex projects as well as smaller tactical deliverables based on stakeholder and strategic needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and implement capabilities integrated with our enterprise IGA solution, RSA Governance and Lifecycle (RSA IGL).
  • Gather requirements, create high-level designs, and provide technical leadership for solutions that enhance identity risk management, governance reviews, access requests, and JML automation globally.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and RSA Professional Services representatives.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in IAM best practices, processes, and solutions.
  • Maintain knowledge of directory services and application access repositories.
  • Act as Platform/Solution Architect for IAM.
  • Facilitate analysis and design tasks for developing an overall IAM platform solution.
  • Advocate for process improvements and advise on strategic roadmaps.
  • Provide best practices to meet business and regulatory requirements.
  • Guide team members on RSA IGL usage and support modernization efforts.
  • Support SaaS migration initiatives and collaborate on product roadmaps and strategies.

Skills and Experience

Functional / Technical Competencies:

  • Collaborative experience in IAM teams and stakeholder management
  • Ability to define strategic IAM solutions for risk management and operational efficiency
  • Proficiency in creating design and architectural documentation
  • Experience coordinating complex IAM implementations across multiple teams
  • Expertise with RSA IGL or other industry-leading IGA solutions
  • Skills in SQL, Oracle, Linux, PLSQL, LDAP, PowerShell, Windows Server, AD, JavaScript, XML
  • Experience integrating applications with IGA solutions via APIs and protocols like REST/SOAP, LDAP, CSV, direct database integration
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
