IT Support Assistant - Doncaster - Up to £35k DOE plus up to 10% bonus

IT Support Assistant, over view:

Working in a small team, you will be involved in all aspects of IT support to ensure colleagues are able to able to carry out their day-to-day activities, troubleshooting system issues, handling the day-to-day IT requests, and maintaining the IT log.

Specific duties of the IT Support Assistant include:

Supporting users across all departments in the business with Microsoft 365 application (Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams etc), Azure, Dynamics 365 (Customer Service), Sage200, Sage CRM, Smartsheet.

Creating SQL views and creating reports in Pan Intelligence and Power BI.

Assisting with onboarding, role change and off boarding users within the business.

Assisting with patch management of windows servers, windows clients and other applications and hardware, testing and deploying changes on the company websites.

Working with external support providers and raising tickets.

Troubleshooting issues raised by other departments and providing update to the affected users.

Assisting with onboarding of customers and suppliers to OpenECX.

Carrying out security checks throughout systems to make sure they align with the company policies and procedures.

As well as being familiar with Microsoft 365 admin centres and applications, the successful IT Support Assistant will have:

Several years' experience with remote helpdesk support to users

Experience with supporting users in all departments such as Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Finance and Warehouse

Proactive approach to cyber security

Basic understanding of SQL

Experience in working with a variety of platforms

Benefits for the IT Support Assistant include a salary up to £35k, 10% company performance bonus, plus:
