Job summary

Univar Solutions in Widnes is seeking an I&S Global Reporting Manager to drive continuous improvement in global I&S Tableau reporting, budgeting and forecasting, and EMEA pricing. You will manage two analysts supporting OneStream, Tableau, Alteryx, and global silicones reporting.

This role requires FP&A systems expertise, advanced financial modeling, and strong communication to translate data into actionable insights; you will lead process improvements and contribute to annual

Qualifications

• Systems & Reporting and FP&A experience.
• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting techniques.
• Expertise in systems (OneStream, Tableau, Alteryx, SAP)
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint
• Additional European languages advantageous

Responsibilities

• Ensure that the Global I&S business has high quality Commercial and Financial reporting delivered in the most efficient way possible via Tableau.
• Support and drive EMEA pricing activities and reporting.
• Support enhancements and new projects that add to our existing reporting capability.
• Train and develop the 2 analysts in the team, so they achieve the best of their potential
• Leverage AI tools where appropriate
• Assist in the annual budget process from a Tableau, DW and OneStream Perspective
• Drive the Global Silicone Reporting process forward

Job Summary – Purpose of Role:

• The I&S Global Reporting Manager will drive continuous improvement in Global I&S Tableau Reporting / Budgeting / Forecasting, I&S EMEA Pricing.
• Managing 2 Analysts who will be supporting; One Stream System Processes, Tableau, Alteryx and Global Silicones Reporting

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Timely and accurate reporting delivered through Tableau.
• Effective management and development of the 2 Analysts in the team
• Continuous improvement demonstrated in processes that have achieved efficiency, or effectiveness benefits (One Stream, Alterxy, Tableau etc…)
• Implement AI driven enhancements
