Job Title: I&C Package Manager

Our client is a leading company in the industry and renowned for their involvement with the delivery of Mechanical, Electrical, Fire and Telecommunication services on Infrastructure Projects throughout the UK. They are currently looking for an experienced I&C Package Manager to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the Instrumentation and Control team.
• Manage the I&C package scope.
• Liaise with the Manager regarding workload and resource planning for the I&C package.
• Deliver and oversee Electrical, Control & Instrumentation Engineering activities for the project.
• Ensure compliance with project requirements, industry standards, and regulations.
• Coordinate with other teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the I&C team as needed.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues or challenges that arise.
• Maintain documentation and records related to the I&C package.
• Ensure health, safety, and environmental compliance on all project activities.

Requirements:

• Experience in managing I&C packages within the construction industry.
• Previously have worked on industrial projects.
• Strong electrical engineering background with a focus on I&C systems.
• Strong knowledge of Instrumentation and Control engineering principles and practices.
• Ideal to have site experience with CMS cabling, pipe work, and fibre installations.
• Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to supervise and motivate a team.
• Proficiency in producing and reviewing technical documents and reports.
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
