Johnsons Cars in Slough is seeking a New & Used Car Sales Executive to join our Hyundai dealership. You’ll welcome customers, understand their needs and match them with the right vehicle, guiding them from enquiry to handover.

This role carries a realistic £50,000 OTE on a £22,500 basic salary, with a 5-day week, generous holiday, pension, staff discounts and strong training to support your career progression.

Qualifications

• Experience in a target-driven, customer-facing sales role.
• Full UK driving licence held for at least 12 months.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming and engaging every customer face-to-face, online, or by phone.
• Understanding customer needs and matching them with the right vehicle.
• Managing the full sales process from enquiry to handover.
• Building relationships through follow-ups, videos and regular updates.
• Working towards and exceeding sales targets as part of a high-performing team.
