Job summary

V7 Recruitment is seeking a Mechanical Project Engineer for a hyperscale data centre build in the Northeast UK. The role focuses on coordinating electrical works delivery and ensuring technical standards are met on a long‑term project with significant investment across Europe.

Ideally you’ll have Data Centre experience, or a strong background in Mission Critical, MEP, infrastructure or construction. This is a premium, long‑term opportunity with a leading data centre programme.

Qualifications

• Data Centre experience is ideal; candidates with Mission Critical, MEP, infrastructure or construction background considered.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support the delivery of electrical works on the hyperscale data centre project.
• Work with the wider team to ensure progress is on track and meets the required quality standards.
