Remuneration: £30-£35 per hour depending on experience and skillset
Description: Part time Hygienist/Therapist required for 2-3 days per week in a busy, well established INDEPENDENTLY OWNED PREDOMINATELY PRIVATE practice near Carlisle, Cumbria.
• £30-£35 per hour depending on experience and skillset
• Hours 8.30am to 5pm
• Full clinical chairside and decon support will be provided
• Existing well maintained list
• Fully computerised, Exact software
• Digital X-rays
• Rotary endo
• Intra oral cameras
• Practice offers Invisalign and Endo
• 30 minutes to Penrith, 1 hour to Kendal
• Available immediately
Compliance requirements:
- Full NHS Performer Number
- Local Area Team confirmation
- GDC certificate
- UK Blood test report showing Hep B immunisation and titre levels, Hep C, HIV and TB results dated within last 5 years
- Indemnity certificate
- Passport
- Enhanced DBS (within the last 12-36 months)
- Clinical references covering places of employment over past 2 years (minimum 2 referees)
- Degree certificate
- CPR/AED/Medical Emergencies certificate dated within the last 12 months
- IRMER
- PIN number
