Description: Part time Hygienist required for 3 days per week for an INDEPENDENTLY OWNED PRACTICE, near Swaffham, Norfolk.
• Weds - 5pm to 7pm, Thurs - 5pm to 8pm & Sat - 9am to 5pm
• Treatment Coordinator on-site and PM
• Fully computerised surgeries - 5 Surgery practice
• iTero Scanner
• Intraoral cameras
• Digital x-rays
• Rotary endo
• Full support team
• Existing, well maintained list
• Newly refurbished surgeries
• Practice offers Implants and Invisalign
• Available now, start date negotiable

Compliance requirements:
- Full NHS Performer Number if applicable
- Local Area Team confirmation
- GDC certificate
- UK Blood test report showing Hep B Immunisation and Titre levels, Hep C, HIV and TB results dated within last 5 years
- Indemnity certificate
- Passport
- Enhanced DBS (within the last 12-36 months)
- Clinical references covering places of employment over past 2 years (minimum 2 referees)
- Degree certificate
