Job summary

Morrisons is seeking a Manufacturing Key Operative - Hygiene at one of our manufacturing sites. You'll work within our Production team to deep clean the machines, allowing us to produce quality products in a safe, efficient and hygienic environment.

You will use trained skills to dismantle, clean and rebuild machines on multiple production lines, set up and calibrate systems, and follow good manufacturing practices to ensure machines are production-ready while managing chemicals in line

Qualifications

• Fast-paced environment experience preferred.
• Willingness to work in a production environment with temperatures around 8°C and below.
• Able to follow Health and Safety and Food Safety standards.
• Flexible and able to work under pressure.
• Food Safety Level 2 (not essential).

Responsibilities

• Deep clean and dismantle/rebuild machines on multiple production lines.
• Set up and calibrate systems to ensure production readiness.
• Follow COSHH training and maintain safe chemical handling.
• Collaborate with Production team to maintain hygiene and efficiency.
