Hotel Chocolat is seeking a Hygiene Team Manager to lead our Hygiene Team at Hadley Park, Huntingdon. You will oversee cleaning and sanitation to GMP standards, drive audit readiness and maintain hygienic operations across production areas.
This permanent role offers a salary of £35,000 to £39,000 depending on experience, with a rotating shift pattern (6am–2pm / 2pm–10pm) and strong employee benefits including product discounts and staff guest discounts at Rabot Estate Saint Lucia.
As we continue our mission to make people and nature happy through reinventing chocolate, we're looking for a Hygiene Team Manager to join our Hygiene Team on a permanent basis.
As Hygiene Team Manager, you will provide operational leadership to our Hygiene Team ensuring that all cleaning and sanitation activities are in line with company standards.
You will be responsible for maintaining high hygiene standards across production areas, leading the team by example and ensuring that all hygiene processes meet audit and compliance requirements.
Salary: £35,000 to £39,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
Shift pattern: Monday to Friday on a rotating weekly shift pattern of 6am to 2pm and 2pm to 10pm.

The onsite location for this role is at our Factory 'Hadley Park', in Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire, right in the heart of where our chocolates are made and where weekly, we can produce between 4 to 6 million of the chocolates we all know and love.
Hadley Park is just 5 minutes off the A141 and 1.3 miles from Huntingdon train station, with direct rail links to London King's Cross.
