Job summary

Future Engineering Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Hygiene Supervisor in Normanton to lead the hygiene team across a food manufacturing site. You will manage daily hygiene schedules, drive cleaning standards, and ensure compliance with food safety and health and safety procedures while collaborating with production and other departments.

You will develop and train team members, maintain thorough records, and push continuous improvement initiatives to sustain product quality and site efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in hygiene within food manufacturing or FMCG.
• Experience supervising teams.
• Strong knowledge of hygiene and food safety standards.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Proactive attitude and desire to progress.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the hygiene team.
