Noble Foods Home Of The Happy Egg Company in Leicester is seeking a Hygiene Team Leader to keep our site clean, safe, and audit-ready at all times. You will lead a team of Hygiene Operatives and ensure Health and Safety standards are met.

You will follow the site Hygiene Plan, manage cleaning tasks, HACCP procedures, and document control, with full training provided. The role offers a Monday–Friday night shift and permanent, full-time employment with benefits.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in managing and leading a team in hygiene or food manufacturing.
• Ability to follow procedures and work independently.
• Full training provided on site.

Aufgaben

• Ensure Health and Safety standards are consistently met and your team always works safely.
• Lead a team of Hygiene Operatives to deliver high standards.
• Line management including absence and performance management and training your team.
• Follow the site Hygiene Plan carefully and consistently.
• Carry out High Risk and Low Risk cleaning tasks and clean equipment, walls, floors and conveyors.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment and safely handle cleaning chemicals.
