Overview

Hygiene Team Leader (Night shift) – 45 hours per week. Location: Blue Earth Foods, 9B Oxleasow Road, Redditch, Worcestershire, England, B98 0RE. Pay rate: £14.94 per hour. Contract Type: Full Time, Permanent.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a cleaning team for Mitie clients, including recruitment and development of staff and maintaining excellent service standards for routine planned and periodic cleaning.
• Ensure cleaning staff understand and follow task schedules and correct Health & Safety procedures, providing technical training as required.
• Distribute uniforms, monitor cleanliness standards and the use of materials, and order stocks as necessary.
• Deal with issues efficiently and professionally, referring to the line manager where appropriate.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory and cleaning experience.
• Good communication skills, reliable and hardworking with a professional attitude.
• Ability to work to a schedule on own initiative.
