We have an exciting opportunity for Hygiene Team Leader to join us at our Ruskington site!

Shift Pattern:

• Night Shift - 22:00 - 06:00
• 5 out of 7 days a week with Sunday as a permanent rest day, 40h per week.

Successful candidates will lead a team of operatives and ensure that work areas, machinery, and equipment are cleaned to the highest standards, with cleaning schedules met at all times.

You will take ownership of your own work and support your team in achieving the best results while ensuring compliance with Company Policies and Procedures, Health & Safety, COSHH, and Food Safety rules at all times.

Your duties may involve working at heights, in confined spaces, and in cold and warm environments.

Our ideal candidate will need strong communication skills, great attention to detail, and the ability to lead and motivate the team. Previous experience working in the Hygiene Department is essential.
