You'll be responsible for leading the hygiene team, ensuring exceptional standards are maintained across the site and making sure all food safety, health & safety and company procedures are consistently followed.

This role would suit an experienced Hygiene Supervisor or Hygiene Team Leader from a food manufacturing, FMCG or similar environment who wants to build a long-term career with a company that can genuinely offer progression. You'll lead, motivate and develop your team, manage hygiene schedules and standards, and work closely with other departments to drive continuous improvement.

Your Role As A Hygiene Supervisor Will Include:

• Leading and supervising the hygiene team
• Managing daily hygiene schedules and workloads
• Ensuring excellent hygiene and cleaning standards across the site
• Ensuring compliance with food safety and health & safety standards
• Training, supporting and developing members of the team
• Completing hygiene documentation and records
• Working closely with production and other departments
• Driving continuous improvement across the site

The Successful Hygiene Supervisor Will Have:

• Experience within hygiene in a food manufacturing, FMCG or similar environment
• Supervisory or Team Leader experience
• Strong understanding of hygiene and food safety standards
• Good leadership and communication skills
• A proactive attitude and desire to develop and progress
